HRA exemption

Hi All,

In general HRA exemption amount is maintained in infotype 0581.

In this project Our HRA amount is based on the Basic pay(everywhere in general).

Can anyone help me in maintaining the Wagetype for hra in it0014 and the necessary configurations so that the exemption U/S 10 has to calculate properly.

Do you want to maintain the HRA in IT0014 if yes

All the process includeing the indirect valuation will be same only difference is the Permissibility of the wage type will be given for IT0014

and another thing we have to do is to Deactivate the Dynamic actioni written for IT0581

Rest will be same

Hi Sikindar,

Am not maintaining any indirect evaluation for the wagetype.

So i gave the permissibility in it0014 and updated the same in it0581.

As am new to this field am a bit weak in dyanamic actions configuration.Can you please help me in this regard.

That too the amount is not getting exemption U/S 10.Can you please telme why this is happening.

so you Can use direct valuation

for HRA wage type in IT0014 and regarding Dynamic actioin go to table V_T588Z in IT0581 and check the dynamic actioin

regarding 10 U/S check the eligibility of the emolyee properly
