how to get contract Account Assignment tab as SC and PO?

Hi, experts

For business requirement, we nee input some Cost center and WBS in contract, but I don't know how get Account Assignment view tab in contract item tab, In standard function, SC and PO is no problem.

Version: SRM7.0
