User Field is Grayed in CN02 Tcode ,

user-field.pngI am not able to give input in user fields in CN02 tcode , in change standard tcode .

I want to maintain some values in user fields , but some fields are gray (not able to maintain data in those fields .

I want to give some input in highlighted field in attached screenshot . (This is CN02 Details Activity Screen)

Please gurus , need quick response.

There are 2 places in configuration to check. Check the user defined field config, that is what defines the field labels. And check field selection configuration for network activities to see if the field is hidden. In field selection be sure to check the influencing fields.
