How to upgrade sap b1 9.2 pl05 to 9.3 PL08

HI Experts,

My client planning to upgrade SAP ver 9.3.

what are the major issues we will face while upgrade..

SQL 2014 will support 9.3 version or we required 2016.

Hi,

Please note that for 9.3 PL08, there is a hotfix 1.Also it will be better to go for latest Windows server.

Refer to SAP Note 928839 which mentions the following:

SAP Business One 9.3 is supported on SQL 2012, SQL 2014 and SQL 2016.

• SQL 2017 is supported from SAP Business One 9.3 PL5.
• The default shipment for new orders based on SAP Business One 9.3 is SQL 2017.

Therefore, if you wish to continue with SQL 2014, there should be no issue. However, if you want to use SQL 2017, you need to have SAP Business One Version 9.3 PL05 or above.
