Depreciation 1 month after capitalization date

Dear Expert,

i am seeking for support for 1 case.

i have transferred to one fixed asset to LVA asset (low value asset) which is normally one-off depreciated (1 month depreciation) in 31 January 2019. when the transfer is done and i started run AFAB, it doesn't post depreciation in the month i transferred (31 Jan 2019). it delay depreciation to February 2019.

does everyone know why ?
