UAR Approval Error - An Exception Occured

Dears,

I have UAR Configured in GRC 10.1 / SP23 and backend ECC, GRCPINW V1100_731 SP24

No issues on the workflow and the request goes well both Reviewer Stage and Security Stage.

But there was an Error message when Approver Clicks APPROVE, "An Exception Occured"

No error message in Audit logs in the request, SLG1 and even in msmp workflow GRFNMW_DBGMONITOR_WD , no more errors.

Can you please advise?

Hi Fabrice,

does your approver have sufficient authorizations for the approval? Did you trace the user?

In SP17 there was such an issue that has been fixed. It might be worth opening a new OSS referring to the SAP note that describes the problem: 2411378 - UAR: UAR request is not getting generated and getting dump while forwarding UAR request and change reviewer is not getting saved in request review.
