PR is generated thro MRP run.These PR should not go thro rel procedure.Is it possible?

Release procedure gets triggered in combination of characteristics. If one characteristic is missing release strategy will not get triggered. Usually PR's created through MRP run have document type MRPR, so make sure this document type is not included in the CLASSIFICATION of release strategy, thus one characteristic will be missing in release strategy for MRP generated PR, so release strategy will not get created for PR's generated through MRP.

Yes. This is possible.

For MRP generated PRs, Assign different PR document type.

Then configure PR release procedure,such that the release strategy should not be triggered for this PR document type.
