how like pa40 we fill details same can done on other way specialy postion detils?

in org assiment infotype why first time when we go cost center is not dipaly?

and what are the testing tools in sap?

You can configure object actions in OM. Use transaction PP03.

The position or Org Unit should have relationship with cost center in OM. Then only it will display CC in IT 0001.
