Konica Minolta Unix driver

Hello.

I am trying to install Konica Minolta C350 for printing in SAP and I have a doubt in UNIX.

Following instructions from konica minolta, it says that I have to install Codehost's BrightQ SE Unix print driver before.

This software package provides graphical user interface that links into unix print systems.

Anybody knows if this package is mandatory for installing this printer in UNIX? I only need to print from SAP, I don't need printing from UNIX and this package requires 250MB free hard drive space...
