error on importing bank data with payment engine

Hello experts

I have the following error message while we import external bank data with payment engine

It works for 2 bank account in B1 but not for 4 of them I can not see what is missing and what is the regkeyTest Run

"Start Payment Engine

Calling country-specific plug-in... ()

Error while calling specified plug-in; cannot find RegKey"

Anyone knows what could be the reason ?
