How do I chart on totals, not group totals?

This is likely a stupid question. I have a report that provides the Top 10 Customers, followed by the Top 5 Products under each customer.

Everything works great, charts etc.

I need to create a separate chart in the report that gives me the TOTAL products in the pie chart for each customer. (sum)

What is perplexing, is, I don't even see how the pie chart is getting the top 5 part. I didn't specify the data to be ordered by Top 5 in this chart. I just selected the data field that should have the grand total.

It appears that since the text portion of the report has Top N's selected, the pie charts want to graph according to that.

I am using Crystal XI.

Thank-You for any guidance you can offer.

One option is to use Subreport in Customer Group section

Hi Bruce,

Insert a Crosstab.

Use the Products field as the Row and the Measure field as the Summarized Field.

Right-click the Subreport > Insert Chart > Change the its type to 'Pie'.
