Cannot run fixed asset add-on in client workstations

Hi Experts,

I cannot run Fixed Asset add-on in all client workstation but the add-on successfully runs in the server. There are message appear upon log-in in SAP B1 "Unknown Session", "Cannot run fixed asset add-on" and "Initialization failed". I already checked the user license for SAP add-ons and it has been allocated correctly.
