Problems with Accident Location

Hey All,

on SPRO the Auth.group has been created. And when i try to edit the injury Log to the Work area & accident location, it gives me an error message saying 'ACCIDENT LOCATION DOES NOT EXIST'.

Can someone guide me how to fix this error.
