Cost center field is to be made mandatory

Hi All,

I have a specific requirement while creating a reservation. i.e, when creating reservation for 261 movement type against an internal order, the cost center field is to be made mandatory. Though in OMJJ the same field can be made mandatory, but i'm afraid it will cause the same fileld to be madatory while creating reservation against production order.

Can any one throw light on this?

if you made mandatory field in MB21 - reservation creation for 261 movement type, it works as me in all casese of that movement type

in omjj check the column MOVEMENT for 261 movement type

you can make madatory at OMJJ

go to OMJJ > select movement type > enter movement type 261 > double click on the folder feild selection for fron 201 or field selection for enjoy > select movement tytpe > click on details > and change the feild selection > cost center is at "Additional Accont Assignments" section

Next go to "Allowed Transactions " tab and maintain requiered t codes here

I agree with you.. But i want cost center field is to be mandatory only for internal order.. not when prd order is referred.

i guess in standard filed is AUFNR (Order) not mentioned which order it is.. how about to change the standard transaction??

Hi,

Go to OMBW--> select the Movement type 261.

then in-->Additional account assignments select the field cost center as req, entry.
