I have used Fm eam_create_tasklist follwed by FM's post and commit.and i am getting message as task list created but it is not visible in tcode ia06? This happens when I added code for header long text creation

Are you checking the ET_RETURN structure for any errors. Also check the example code as attached with note 1452572.
