WM:RF scanning:Quantity scanning

hi,

In RF sanning, we are scanning Bin label and Material code for confirmation of Put away and picking TO.we are entering Quantity manually at the same time. now requirement is scan quantity also. How can i implement this. if i give the Bar code for quantity also in Material ID sticker. say while binning quantity is say 10 EA, the binner has to scan 10 times, then how the count will be increased? and by mistake he scanned twice the same material, total count will be wrong. how can we arrest the Duplicate scanning.
