transfer of network or activity from one wbs to other wbs or new wbs

This is reference to capitalisation of Asset from AUC in PS module.

In my system whatever cost incurred in sub wbs, it will transfered to AUC by using CJ88.

At the time of CJ88 , if more than 2 to 3 equipments are wrongly posted in one subwbs than it will transfered to one AUC code. In this scenario , in settlement rule, we can split one WBS by giving % , amount or quantity for spliting the AUC.

Whether any other solution is available or not ? like can we transfered the network from one sub wbs to other or new sub wbs or new project after generation of data in the particular network.
