Hello,
Ticket printing is no longer required
Several users ask me to be able to print the ticket only if the client requests it with printing at the choice of a ticket or an invoice
How to do ?
Thanks for your help
Pierre BARRET
Hello Pierre,
This can be achieved with a plug-in development. For example with two different print buttons on the Sales screen: one for invoice print and one for receipt print. If you do not have resources yourself to do a development perhaps other partners can reach out to you.
Kind regards,
Gunther

Ticket = SalesReceiptPrintTemplateJPOS
Invoice = SalesReceiptPrintTemplateA4
And the three possible cases are:
Is that it?
Hello Gunther,
thank you for your reply
It's exactly that

Hello,
OK for the ticket but I already use this function to print invoices.
My question is :
If I want to choose the ticket or invoice how to do it?
If I set as indicated, I would have the ticket alone and never the invoice or systematically the ticket and the invoice
I (my client) would like to have the choice: the ticket or the invoice
Thank you

Hello Pierre,
Just to be sure I understand you correctly:
Ticket = SalesReceiptPrintTemplateJPOS
Invoice = SalesReceiptPrintTemplateA4
And the three possible cases are:
Is that it?

Gunther
Hello Pierre,
This is how you can achieve the "only print receipt on customer's request" use case:
Step 1:
Activate Show 'Print last receipt' button on sales screen
Step 2:
Activate two print options for the sales receipt print template you are using
1) Print automatically => Print never
2) Print on reprint button presses => Print always
Step 3:
The cashier can now hit the "Print last receipt" button after a sale was made if the customer desires to get a receipt printout. Otherwise no printout is produced.
Please mark the answer as correct if it solves your use case. This will be helpful for other users having the same question.
Kind regards,
Gunther
