Hi,

Take any model (M***) wage type that exists for IT0008 and copy it (transaction OH11) all the settings will be copied as well.

Otherwise it depends on your requirements, e.g. what indirect evaluation module you want use (if any), do you want to use ANSAL, etc.

You are right, this is normally the case. Then you have to find most similar wage type and copy it and then make necessary ammendments.

For example, if it is overtime wage type and taxes/SI are paid out of try to find similar wage type (even for IT 0015) and copy it. Then remove it from IT 0015 drop down list.

Yes, you can copy / wage type as well. Just bear inmind that / wage types are not used in infotypes, so if you will want to use it there then you will have to add necessary configuration. If you want to use it just for payroll caclualtion then nothing needs to be added.
