Unhandled Exception Upon Generating a Crystal Report

Hello:

In SAP Business One 9.3 PL06 with Crystal 2016 plus its B1 integration, we are getting an "Unhandled Excelption" error upon running a Sales Order in Print Preview mode.

Below is the error and, as you can tell, B1 ends up having to close.

What is the solution, for this?

Hi John,

Please set database location and re-import the crystal layout again.
