Hi All,
i build a php web site for the customer to check deliveries status. I am using a web service to access SAP ECC5 data with a remote user. Does anyone knows the SAP Licencing Policy in this specific case ? Do my customers needs to have an SAP licence ? And if yes witch kind ?
Xavier
Hi,
It depends of each SAP Customer contract but the general use is that the users of your php web site will be considered as indirect SAP users and your customer will need to buy SAP licences for them.
These licenses are generally much cheaper than for "direct" SAP users and their price is the result of a negotiation.
Regards,
Olivier
