I created a HANA DB under ‘Database / Schema’s’ on my neo account of SCP trial account (i835203trail) for a customer demo.
I loaded some data for the demo.
I got a notification that my database was stopped.
Today when I tried to log into the overview page of the DB by clicking on the name of the DB on my cloud cockpit, the overview page was not loading.
So, I could not re-start or do anything with the HANADB for my demo.
I tried to create a new DB, but it was not letting to create since my account is a trail account.
I tried to create a request to restore the DB but the request doesn’t work saying there is no database.
Can someone kindly reset/restore my database?
