Forecast (Independent Requirements) release from APO to ECC

Hi All:

After upgrading our APO system to 7.0 when we release the forecast to ECC, I do not see the transfer data coming over to ECC.

I checked the process chain log and I could see the list of product/location for which the log says transfer was successful. I do see some errors but those are expected for those product / location. I check ECC using SLG1 and there were 3 expected errors (material marked for deletion, etc). But I do not see the transfer. What am I not doing right? The process chain has a job that has an activity with a Transfer release profile. This profile (in Quality system) is an exact match with what we have in Production.
