VA11 create new inquiry types

Hello Gurus,

Can anyone tell me how from SPRO I can create new "inquiry types" related to the transaction VA11 so that I can chose them from a drop down list using the F4 mode?

Goto SPRO-> Sales and distribution -> Sales->Sales document header ->Define sales document type.

Then hightlight the document type IN and click on the copy button on the top.

Rename to Z-document type like ZIN and then save.

Now check in VK11, you can find the new document type. You have to first configure in SAP development system and then after testing you need to move to other systems.
