DART Tcode FTWM - Rebuild Data Extracts not filling in new custom segment

HI,

We are trying to use the DART Tcode FTWM (rebuild data extract) to add a new custom coded DART Segment data. We checked include the new segment data. We run the rebuild but it does'nt add the new segement.

Does anyone else ever have this problem and figured out a way to get it to work?

Hi Dennis,

As mentioned FTWM does not add fields to an extract. FTWM is used to add extracts from one system to another system so that the extract can be used in the second system.

Custom fields have to be added to the customer includes and then extracted using the FTW1A.

Hi Dennis,

please note that FTWM does not make a re-extraction of tha business data but

updates "only" the data structure definitions in the extract to the actual system customizing.
