Problem with entry in trial database in SAP Cloud Platform

Hello, i have problem with entry in my trial database in SAP Cloud Platform. When I choose my database in web interface I saw endless download with three circles. What could be the problem? Maybe some work is going on the Rot Trial server?

My P-User is P200092590.

I open https://account.hanatrial.ondemand.com

Logging, choose Neo Trial, Databases & Schemas, after that my DB Schema, and after that I have endless download.

My colleagues tried to log into their trial accounts, they have the same problem.

Hello colleagues. Now I checked the work of my base, everything is fine, the error has disappeared. Thank you all for your help!

I also got confirmation from @sapcp this issue has been fixed. It is working for me now.
