Hi, When I go to create an incident, none of our customers are showing in the list to select?
Do I need to change anything in the authorizations to allow me see our customer list?
I have access to see & create incidents in the permissions.
Screenshot attached of the message I get.
Also screenshot of the system tab - it's not showing our customers on it - do I need other permissions?

Sap updated our company list & I can now see our customers. Closing.

Abdul Mannan - I am leaving open as it is not solved. I am hoping someone can advise on my original Thread.
In the meantime I have logged a ticket on different site so it is less urgent but I would still like to solve it!

Found I can log incidents in the sap.partneredge instead.
