Assigning balnk permit and tracking quantities

Hi,

We are evaluating the implementation of integrating SAP SRM and SAP GTS.

We have blanket permits for specific material. We need to assign these blanket permits to the relevant PO.

The above process is needed to track the material quantities. So whenver the permit is exhausted we need to issue a new blanket permit against those material.

Would that be possible in SAP GTS.
