Hyperlinking in AO 2.3

Hi folks,

Reaching out for any helpful information around using a hyperlink in a BO AO report to jump-to a SAP CRM system.

The idea would be to for the user to run a CRM report in AO and be able to click hyperlink on the document number to bring them to the SAP CRM system to view further information, such as attached files or images.

I am not familiar with how CRM is set up, but maybe you could check if there is a BW system inside of it like the later ECC systems do and try this: https://blogs.sap.com/2016/08/14/report-to-report-interface-analysis-office-to-ecc-transaction/
