I am using SOLMAN 7.2. While launching SOLDOC from the SOLMAN I am getting a 500 Internal Server error. I have had my authorisations removed and added again. Even other users are not able to launch SOLDOC from my machine. Has anyone encountered such an error?
Hi, check your SU53 results.
Also have the configuration of process mangement and infrastructure (Gateway) settings checked with tcode Solman_setup.

Hi Syed.
1. Have you check the web browser settings?
2. Could you attached the dumps in transaction code ST22 for this same error.

Hi,
The problem is now resolved. It was due to personalization settings which had got corrupted after an upgrade.
