Reinstallation SAP ABAP Netweaver issue message server not connected

hi ,

i am trying to reinstall SAP ABAP Netweaver but getting error in step 24 of 27. i am getting the following error.

Please do tell me how to resolve this issue.

If message server is not starting up, then look into the work directoy, dev_ms log and analyze the cause of not startig up.

open SAP MMC, right click on SID --> click on STOP. when i comes to gray color.

riight click on SID --> click on START.

then see the message server (service) is running or not.

Open SAP MMC and check whether message service is started or not.

if not please start it and retry the installation.

Hi Mahendra,

message server is not starting in MMC. how to start it manually. i have already installed 4 times sometimes i got error in step 18, or step 23 or step 24.
