Housing (HRA/CLA/COA) PY-IN

Hi SAP Pulies,

How can i configure three city categories in Housing (HRA/CLA/COA) ? since we require three city categories like Metro,Non metro and rural based on population .Standard SAP provides only Two that is Metro and Non metro. pls advice
