Hi,
Is there anyway to find all the workflows/tasks involved by one user in the system. I want to route all those work items to different user.
Thanks
Swamy
HI
If you are looking for all the work items which are in a particular user in box then you can make use of the standard SAP function module SAP_WAPI_CREATE_WORKLIST.
And even you can refer the table SWWUSERWI too if you are looking for the tables.

I have to transfer all workflow related tasks (old, existing, new) from user1 to user2. And I don't have access to system with user1 or user2 login credentials.
Thanks

In that case just start report RMPS_SET_SUBSTITUTE. Enter there user1. Then assign user2 as user1's substitute. And remember to set it active. This will solve the problem.

Transaction SWI5 or function module SWK_LOCAL_INBOX_GET.

Hi,
1) Set up a substitution between the users with report RMPS_SET_SUBSTITUTE. => Set up the substitute for the person (user1) who left the company.
2) Fix the sitution. If the wrong user (user1) is still getting work items, try to find out why, and then do the necessary changes in master date or whatever, so that the new user will start receiving the work items.

Karri
