SAP ESS issue- plase guide

Dear All,

We are running a program RPTARQEMAIL in background from BASIS login there are two issues in it-

1. It generates mail from BASIS Administrator as a sender whereas sender should be the person who has requested for leave.

2. It is taking too much of time to send mail. if i have applyed today it sends mail after 3-4 days or even more.

Please guide.
