SAP ESS issue- plase guide

Dear All,

We are running a program RPTARQEMAIL in background from BASIS login there are two issues in it-

1. It generates mail from BASIS Administrator as a sender whereas sender should be the person who has requested for leave.

2. It is taking too much of time to send mail. if i have applyed today it sends mail after 3-4 days or even more.

Please guide.

rptarqemail should be run with since last run

advise if you are using with general documents and With All Documents

Thanks for the reply Siddharth , there is some issue with the program i believe, an ABAPer is taking care of it now , will post the solution as soon as i get the response from them.
