CTM and Resource Good inbound that can't be dispatch

Hello experts,

I have a problem with some orders that can't be create by the CTM beacuse of activity Good inbound. The CTM log says taht this activity can't be schedule because the resource Goob inbound can't be dispatch.

I have a handle unit resource cretaed and affected to my location. The resource is open 24 hours a day and not finite scheduling.

And for the material where I have this problem, some orders are created.
