Print Duplex only for My UserID

Dear Friends

I have developed a smartform with duplex print

if i print in my user id its properly working

but if i use another user id i come as two pages, i have check different pcs also.

My another problem is i have using a image in form, (image control) when i preview its comes with properly but when i print it that image is not coming.

what is the reason?
