PO Change Item Overview

Dear Friends

My end users have a requirement as follows

In the PO Screen (ME21N, ME22N, ME23N) Item Overview sub Screen, there is a field call "RU" (Requirement Urgency)

User want to set it as the second field in this screen

is is possible? then how please give steps
