Cannot Save Files to the BPC Server


I am getting the following error message when trying to save files to the server in BPC for Excel, "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive." This is in BPC release 5.0.150. The problem is isolated to the laptop we are using because the user can save files using other laptops. Could it be something related to the xceedzip.dll file? Do we need to remove and then register the xceedzip.dll file on the machine? Or could the problem be due to something else?
