I don't see Server Intelligence Agent(SIA) service in CCM

Hi,

I am new to XI R3, I have installed BOXI 3.1 on Windows 2008 64 bit. When I try to launch CMS the CmcApp page comes as empty.

When I looked at the CCM I could see only Tom cat Service. I don't see SIA or other services.

Note: I have used the Temporary License key.
