How to edit Text of Radio Button and access the value of checked box in order to save in table

Hi All,

I am beginner in SAP C4C SDK platform. I am practicing few functions/assignments.

I created a project "Student Registration Form" where i get details of a student. I have few queries hence asking the same in forum.

Question : How to edit Text of Radio Button and access the value of checked box in order to save in table
