Dev solution expired on SAP cloud appliance library

Hello, I've been using a SAP HANA, developer edition SPS10, and would like to create a new instance with SPS12.

The problem is that the solutions page shows all of them available except for tthe SAP HANA, developer edition, SPS12 wich shows the "Expired" status. But this is not a trial solution, but a DEV solution.

Could you please help me know how to get that solution again?

Update: when I try to create an instance with this solution (or another) i get the error:

We are sorry but we cannot provide this solution for you because of the results of an export control check. We will send you an e-mail as soon as this problem has been solved.

Hi Luis,

I could not find your name among the SAP CAL users. Perhaps you use the user of somebody else and she or he has already received the e-mail.

Could you try again and if you get the same message please let me know your username?
