RFQ price in local currency

Hi All

My local currency is SGD.I raised a RFQ in USD.First time I maintained the quotation in RFQ as 60 USD (initial quoted price) after negotiation with vendor this RFQ price was changed to 50 USD(negotiated quoted price).From table CDHDR and CDPOS I am fetching the change history for this RFQ to find the initial quoted price i.e 60 USD but in CDPOS I am getting this value in SGD and not in USD. I want the initial quoted price for this RFQ in USD.How do I go about???
