Tax Block Code

i need to block some tax code at purchase order level.So that the user would not be able to use these codes. i am using TAXINN

Only list/add usuable tax code in favourites selection list in tax code field of purchase order.

HI,

TAX code block(donot use) at purchase order level as follows.

- Using T-code FTXP Maintain tax code, edit tax code and click properties tax code description to be change as 'Do not use' and then SAVE.

- Using T-code FV12 Change condition records, edit condition type for that tax code line item selected and click Delete Row button(bottom the of screen in red color) and then SAVE.

After that, the particular tax code selected during purchase order creation error message displayed and not able to use by end user.

Hi Nandkishore,

Try Admin->Setup->Financial->Tax->Tax code setup

Here u can block tax code.
