Document Generation - New Starter Variables

Hi,

I'm trying to create a custom notification to be sent to Facilities group, containing details on a new starter once the New Hire workflow has completed.

Under Business Configuration > Job Info > Trigger Rules:

The Hire_Workflow is triggered onSave.

The Business Rule then triggers Workflow 30:

In Workflow 30, there is one Approval Step. Once approved, the Cc Role is Facilities dynamic group:

The email received by Facilities is the following:

I have mapped it to 'Future Direct' but it seems to not be picking up the future record which has now been approved:

Please could someone point me in the right direction?
