Anyone can provide a solution to the below scenario?
It has been asked to give the sick leaves in a period of 3 years to an entity. But the number of sick leaves will be 30 & associates won't be able to take the leaves after 3 years.
E.g. Employees got 30 numbers of sick leaves this year (Say 2019) and they should utilize it within the year (say 2022).
After 12/31/2022, they won't be able to take their sick leaves.
Note: The sick leaves of 30 days should be given to them at a time. Not in every year.
