Lumira Discovery - Merged Data set refresh only partial data in Launchpad.

I am working with Lumira Discovery 2.1 SP1.

I am using universe as my first data source. Again am using universe as my second data source. I have linked these two data sets with matching dimensions. Created charts and tables using these linked data sets. Everything works fine in Lumira discovery Client tool. Data refreshing is perfect in discovery Client tool. And then I published the same dashboard to the launchpad and refreshed the document. But In Launchpad, first data source refreshes all the data correctly whereas my second data source shows only partial result. (i.e., my second data source has 20 rows of data but it shows only 5 or 6 rows after refreshing). Help me with this issue.
