SAP HCM-coverage grouping

Hi,

for my coverage grouping, i have define as married/ single and if an employee died in the course of work, they will be compensate either 15/30 times of their salary and it all depends on their marital status.

For the feature, i have make use of the decision field which is FAMST. For the value of FAMST, what value should I input?

If I understood your post correctly you are referring to feature COVGR (Coverage Group), is that correct?

Which you based on field FAMST familly status.

In this case that means you will group your employee based on their marital status in IT0002 (field Q0002-FATXT), so you could for exmaple create GROUP1 for single, GROUP2 for Married and GROUP3 for Divorced, then you feature will look like this

COVGR

>FAMST

-

---

>01 Single

-

---

>GROUP1

-

---

>02 Married

-

---

>GROUP2

-

---

>03 Dvorced

-

---

>GROUP3
