Hello, I want to know, how I can adapt the row, which is marked in a table and use this value in a script button, so that this selection is flexible.

I need it for the following Use Case:

There you can see my table. At the moment, I have to klick on the right row, than I have to klick on another button, which leads to another transaction with more details of the row. There I insert a value (which i can not insert in the table) and go back.

I want to optimize that with a text field on the side, where I can type the missing value and than instert it with only one button.

I tried it with a constant marked row and it works. But now I want the script button to adapt the selected row.

I'm working with SAP Screen Personas 2.0

I hope, somebody could help me. Thanks!

Hi Diana,

Have you tried to accomplish this in Personas 3.0?
I would recommend migrating to the new version, as Personas 2.0 will run out of support by the end of the year.
The scripting engine from Personas 3.0 is more powerful than the one in previous versions.

Kind regards,
