Dymo Labels

I am trying to print 1 label from Crystal Reports to a Dymo LabelWriter 400 Turbo. It works fine from Crystal Reports directly, but from the application via Crystal Viewer it prints several blank labels. I have checked the print driver & haven't found anything a miss, so this seems to be a setting in Business Objects Enterprise or Crystal Viewer somewhere. Does anyone have any ideas how I can get this report to stop printing the blank labels? Thank you for your assistance.
