I have to transfer batch from quality inspection stock to unrestricted stock?

What is the process?

No offense but from what you've posted already, it appears you need some very basic QM training. Isn't there anyone that can help you? Maybe taking an SAP QM class?

Do you have an inspection lot created? If so, you should have UD codes with associated stock moves associated with them.

You can use t-code MB1B as Jadgeep mentioned, but the movement should be 321 - TF quality to unrest.

Did you try transfer posting transaction with movement type 323 ? Try using MB1B or MIGO with Transfer posting.
